How to Order

Ordering with us couldn't be easier. Simply decide on the product(s) you would like to purchase then place your order with us by…
  • Shopping Cart
    Simply choose your product and then click on the 'ADD TO CART' symbol. At any time you can see what you have ordered by clicking onto the VIEW CART symbol. The prices shown are in UK Sterling only. All prices include UK Vat at 17.5% where applicable. Once you have completed your selection(s), easy instructions will guide you through the ordering and payment process.

    Probably the easiest way to order. We suggest that you print out your order requirements before calling us - this will hopefully ease the ordering process. (Please ensure that you provide your correct home postal code and have your credit / debit card details ready)

Despatching Your Order

We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to pack and despatch your goods within 48 hours from the time that your order is actually received by us. During peak seasonal demands there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please allow slightly extra time for delivery.

All orders are processed Monday - Friday only.

Delivery Times

  • uk address (mainland)
    All orders weighing up to 1.5kg are sent out using the Royal Mail 1st Class postal service. Please allow up to 48hrs for actual delivery. (1st Class post does not guarantee a next day delivery)

    All heavier parcels are despatched using the Royal Mail standard service. Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

  • overseas / international addresses
    We aim to despatch Worldwide orders within 5 working days from the date of the order. The delivery times for overseas orders will vary greatly depending upon the postal destination and available methods of posting. Generally, most overseas orders can be sent as a Small Airmail packet or International Parcel.

Postage and Packaging Charges

  • uk orders
    On all mainland UK orders £2.50 will be charged.
    Please note if you choose to have your order delivered to an alternative delivery address a further .70p will be charged to postage and packaging for the cost of Recorded Delivery, as proof of delivery will be required.

  • overseas / international orders
    On all international orders, carriage and insurance will be charged at cost. (Jersey, Guernsey and the Irish Republic are considered 'International' destinations)

    Worldwide delivery is available at reasonable costs and these carriage charges are calculated by weight. On receipt of your order, we will advise you of the carriage and insurance costs as well as the estimated time for delivery. ( Due to various Postal Restrictions, we cannot send dangerous or flammable products such as glues, cleaners to International destinations)

  • next day delivery (available mainland UK only)
    Our normal service is quick, but if for any reason you need something urgently, you can pay extra and use the Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery Service. Please telephone us with your order ( Monday - Friday ) if you require this service. All orders must be placed before 12 noon. A Guaranteed Delivery service starts from £5.30 - £21.75. This charge will vary according to the size and weight of your order.

All prices shown are in UK (£) sterling only.
All prices include UK Vat at 17.5% where applicable.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

On EXPORT ORDERS outside of the EU we always deduct the UK 17.5% Vat. (Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your goods).

    If using your credit/debit card please ensure that you provide the correct card details, expiry date and issue number if applicable

  • cheque
    Cheques should be denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Please make your cheque payable to: Table Tennis Direct.

    Cheques cannot be accepted on overseas / international orders. If paying by cheque, we can only despatch your order once your cheque has been cleared. Please allow up to 10 days for this clearance procedure.

    VERY IMPORTANT! Kindly remember to write your home address and cheque card details on the back of your cheque.

  • cash
    Cash payment can be made in UK sterling only. For your own security, please ensure that you send any cash by REGISTERED MAIL.

Stock Availability

If you would like to check on the immediate availability of stock, we suggest that you contact us by telephone on 01304 369 996. We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of all stock lines. If a product is out of stock we'll give you the best information we can on a estimated delivery date.

Out of Stock Items

We will never debit your credit or debit card for items that are not in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly shown on your receipt. Any out of stock item(s) are not charged for until they can be despatched. You will only be charged postage once, per order.

Returns and Refunds

We do hope that you will be pleased with your selection from Table Tennis Direct. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, it would be most helpful if you could contact us by telephone first.

If you want to return an unwanted product, this must be returned to us in its original, unopened condition. All unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date on which you received it. We will then refund you the money that you have paid us for that product. (Postage charges cannot be refunded) We aim to keep this process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

VERY IMPORTANT
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any 'customised' bats. Any complete bats that have been made up to your specific requirements cannot be returned if you have specified the wrong items or decide you do not like the bat.



Returns Address

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection we suggest that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. (Royal Mail 1st Class 'Recorded Delivery'). Please send your return(s) to us at the following address:

Exchanges

We would like our customers to be pleased with their purchases. To obtain an exchange, the goods must be returned carefully in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please enclose a note which clearly shows your name, address, contact telephone number along with an indication of the new goods that you require.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, we will replace the item or refund the product cost in full. You will need to notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving the goods This is in addition to your statutory rights.

We welcome all feedback regarding our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. If you feel you have a complaint to make, please call us.
